lol. Nothing. I'm just looking at the houses for sale in Charlotte and they are so gorgeous and so damn cheap! NY sucks a fat one in the cost department.
Ladies just make sure that when you get a house, the loan is secure and won't spike up after 5 years like most of the loans out there today. Its crazy how many people are losing their houses where I live!

Me too! I'm hating apartment living more and more every day. I was looking at houses but our jobs are too insecure right now.... boo
