The story of us..

I know that I am always interested in the story of how people meet and how their relationships start, so I decided to tell my story:

Once upon a time after finally ending a longggg and rather draining relationship (another story entirely), I decided to start fresh and begin a nice new chapter in my life. I found a new job in a new area and was very excited. While I was interviewing for the position, the boss recommended that I stop by and meet one of their current managers. We could chat and I could hear first hand what it was like working there. Seemed like a good idea ... so I grabbed 2 of my girlfriends and dragged them on the ride. I actually sent them in first to scope the place out and let me know what it looked like (this job was with a nationally franchised food service chain.) They came back to the car to report that not only did he appear to be not so good at his job, but very young and incredibly ugly. Laughing, I decided to go in and check it out for myself. I ask for him and out of the back comes this delicious looking guy with the most yummy dimples ever! He was so tall and had the darkest hair! My friends were either blind or stupid because not only was he not a young kid, but he was super cute!! (as it turns out, they had mistakenly read a teenage worker's name tag and thought he was the manager ha!) We chatted about the job and I could not help but be flirtatious.

Needless to say I took the job....even believing that the owners may have known his looks would persuade me!! Once I took the job and got back from my two week training across the country, we started spending a lot of time working together (my store was not yet ready to open so we were co-managing one place.) And that's when the story gets interesting.....
